Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Alertalytix fraud detection platform (“Service”) provided by Hamitech Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Service, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all relationships between the Customer and us regarding the Service, including trial access, paid subscriptions and beta features.

2. Account registration

Access requires a valid account. Registration is completed when an authorised representative submits the required information and we approve the application. We may reject applications at our discretion.

3. Prohibited conduct

Customers must not:

  • Violate laws, regulations or public order
  • Use the Service for criminal, abusive or discriminatory activities
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Infringe our or third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Engage in other activities that we deem inappropriate

4. Suspension

We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice if maintenance is required, if force majeure events occur (earthquakes, power outages, etc.), or if continued operation becomes impractical.

5. Disclaimer

We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or disputes between Customers and third parties, except where caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Changes to the Service

We may change, enhance or discontinue the Service without notice. Customers agree that we are not responsible for any resulting loss.

7. Amendments

We may amend these Terms when necessary. Continued use of the Service after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having authority over our head office.

利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ハミテック株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供する不正アクセス検知サービス「Alertalytix」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本サービスをご利用になるお客様（以下「ユーザー」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 適用

本規約は、本サービスの利用に関してユーザーと当社との間に生じる一切の関係に適用されます。体験利用やベータ機能も対象に含まれます。

2. 利用登録

本サービスの利用にはアカウント登録が必要です。登録希望者が当社所定の方法で申請し、当社が承認した時点で登録が完了します。 当社は申請内容に基づき登録を拒否する場合があります。

3. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  • 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  • 犯罪行為、差別的行為、その他不適切な目的での利用
  • 本サービスの運営・インフラを妨害する行為
  • 当社または第三者の知的財産権、プライバシー権等を侵害する行為
  • 当社が不適切と判断するその他の行為

4. 提供の停止等

当社は、システム保守、地震・停電等の不可抗力その他運営継続が困難と判断した場合、事前通知なく本サービスの全部または一部を停止・中断できます。

5. 免責事項

当社は、故意または重過失によらない限り、サービス停止やデータ損失、ユーザー間または第三者との紛争に起因する損害について責任を負いません。

6. サービス内容の変更

当社は、ユーザーへの事前通知なしにサービス内容を変更または提供を終了することができます。それによって発生した損害について当社は責任を負いません。

7. 利用規約の変更

当社は必要と判断した場合、本規約を改定することができます。改定後にユーザーが本サービスを利用した場合、改定後の内容に同意したものとみなします。

8. 準拠法および管轄

本規約の準拠法は日本法とし、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、当社本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
